Deliveries to areas which cannot be assessed by conventional road delivery vehicles may incur additional costs. Example: Island properties or those on unsealed roads.
We will utilize various freight companies depending on your location. Deliveries within Australia generally take between 5-14 working days.
All fire pits come shrink wrapped to a lightweight pallet for bowls up to 900mm diameter.
Larger bowls over 900mm including their stands will arrive on a pallet. Goods can be taken off the pallet and trolleyed individually to your desired location.
Delivery occurs when the pallet is off loaded and placed immediately within your property, placing the goods at specific locations within your property is at the sole discretion of the freight company and their employees.
The freight company will notify you when your goods are ready to collect. Most sedans and hatch backs will cater for bowls up to 900mm, but may need to be unwrapped to fit inside the vehicle. Trailers or Utes are ALWAYS a good option.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of firepitcompany.com.au.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
firepitcompany.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. All refunds are made at the discretion of firepitcompany.com.au.
